ERIE– “It is so cold, I can’t even stand out here and feel my sneakers,” Eric Latshaw says as he shovels his sidewalk.
“I wish I had a vehicle,” Jessica Lopez says as she waits for the bus on State Street.
On Sunday, though, cars couldn’t even brave these sub-zero temperatures. Dozens were stuck with dying batteries across town.
In Glenwood, packing on layers is the name of the game. Dale Dececco was in full winter attire as he snow blows his driveway. Dale’s biggest concern is having a warm home.
